Our immediate goal is to attain ACS Level III status. -Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a cost effective trauma program at a mid sized regional Medical Center -Oversight of the day to day clinical operations of the Trauma Program -Coordinate the Performance Improvement program based on the American College of Surgeons and State requirements -Oversee the staff related to the trauma program including Trauma Registry, Injury Prevention and Outreach Trauma Programs Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred • Minimum 3 years of trauma nursing clinical experience • Certification in TNCC
